As Monarch of the Glen Park is only available for people aged 50+, you will be living in a small community of mainly retired residents. What happens if I want to sell my home?

Sales are subject to a 10% commission. You can market your home and once a purchaser is found and a sale price is agreed, the buyer pays you 90% and the park owner 10%.
